Preston and a couple district leaders overthrow the other district leaders.
I wanted to present a chapter that started with suspense, building to tension, and ending in a fight. The story takes a dramatic turn, not in favor of the resistance. This allows for the brutal attack later on in chapters Tachtical Insertion through Extraction.
The chapter also represents how divided Cheriongoski has become, frineds turn foe, and misfortune lurks everywhere, waiting to strike.
